Anna Sobolewska is an interior designer specialising in the food & beverage sector, with nine years of experience shaping some of Birmingham's most talked-about new venues. Her work includes The Rolling Mill in the Jewellery Quarter, transforming a grand industrial space into a vibrant, comfortable bar while honouring its heritage, achieved through authentic materials and considered lighting that let the space's industrial past and its new life sit comfortably together. She also designed the interiors for a striking 1920s-inspired venue, using set-dressing, materiality, and lighting to transport guests into an immersive, era-defined atmosphere.
